Auto Ment Terms

Welcome to Auto Ment! These terms and conditions outline the agreement between you and R-NINE regarding your Auto Ment. By using Auto Ment, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Data Usage

• Data Collection and Use: Use Google Analytics to analyze user usage patterns.
• Data Sharing: Auto Ment does not share your data with third parties.

Technical Limitations

• Device Support: Auto Ment is compatible with Android and iOS devices.
• Technical Errors: Auto Ment is not liable for any damages or losses that may result from technical errors.
• Service Disruption: Auto Ment may suspend service without prior notice.

General

• User Account: Currently, Auto Ment does not use user accounts.
• Privacy Policy: Auto Ment is committed to protecting your privacy.
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts”

Subscription Plan

• Monthly Subscription: This plan provides you with access to all features of Auto Ment for a monthly or yearly fee.
• Subscription Duration: Your subscription is automatically renewed on a monthly basis unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current billing cycle ends. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
• Payment Method: Payment for your Auto Ment subscription will be processed through Apple in-app purchase. You authorize R-NINE to charge your Apple ID account the applicable subscription fee on a recurring basis.

Subscription Benefits

• Unlock Ment Button: Utilize more buttons to use ment for various situations.
• Unlock Ment Playlists: Create your own playlist by combining multiple ments and music.
• TTS: Try using unlimited text-to-speech conversion feature with paid voice actors provided by Microsoft, Google, and Amazon

Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation: You can cancel your Auto Ment subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
• Refunds: Due to the nature of recurring subscriptions, we do not provide refunds for partial or unused portions of the current billing cycle. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Please note that Apple's refund policies may apply in certain cases.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

• Modifications: R-NINE reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. We will post any changes on the Auto Ment website and/or within the app. You are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically.
• Acceptance of Changes: By continuing to use Auto Ment after any modifications, you agree to be bound by the updated terms and conditions.
